Service and Repairs

It is no secret kiddos can be rough with their toys! Even the strongest of toys can take a tumble that requires a bit of TLC, and I am happy to help:

  • Repairs are completely free
  • Turnaround Times can extend to 3 weeks, after delivery
  • You will be sent a tracking number once the repair has been shipped back to you
